I just had a smoothie so is it okay if I share mine? I use a magic bullet, so it's one serving. I put half a scoop of whey protein, a frozen banana, 4 strawberries, a couple blackberries, blueberries, a bit of yogurt and spinach. I have it every morning for breakfast and it turns a light blue-y color :)
I've been into smoothies lately and I feel like you and your followers would like this one: 3 cups spinach, about 18 frozen strawberries, 1 banana, 1 6oz cup of vanilla yogurt, and enough cranberry juice to make it smoothie-like. I split this into 2 servings (because its mega filling) and it stores nicely because there isn't any ice to melt and thin it out. The spinach turns it a nasty color but you can't even taste it!

I made pumpkin protein pancakes for breakfast, would you like to test out the recipe? :) 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1 heaping T. ground flax, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste (I used 1/2tsp and 1/4tsp respectively), pinch baking powder, 1 egg, 1/3c. canned pumpkin, splash of milk (skim or almond). Beat the egg, whisk in the pumpkin, add the dry ingredients, and then the milk if needed. Fry with PAM like normal pancakes. I topped mine with a drizzle of honey and walnuts!
